How NOT to Give Up

Sometimes, we need to stop, regroup, rest, and breathe.

Remember – BREATHE – You can stop and rest when you need to. You get to choose. Run yourself into the ground OR breathe. Continue on when you’re ready.

Breathe.

Decide when you are ready to begin again.

Don’t quit just because you forgot to stop and breathe.

Dig deep.

Breathe.
